The Biggest Joke In the Muscle Building Market

Mens's Shake Weight

by admin

The other day I laughed at the same time I let a tear go. I saw an infomercial for the Shake Wait for guys. It had this bigger guy who was jacked using this thing… looking like an freak while doing it.

But its junk like this this that gives so many guys the wrong idea. There is not a chance no matter how much you use the Shake Wait that you are going to ever look like the guy in the commercial.

It doesn’t stop with there because ab machines that are advertised on TV do the same thing. They give you complete false hope that using the machines they make will make you huge and ripped.

No going to happen!

Let’s take a little look into why this is the case.

1. The Body’s Adaptive Nature - Your body is extremely efficient and can adapt really easily. This is one reason why you have to really change your workout at the very least every 4 weeks. If you don’t, you are never going to see any results.

2. Major Muscle Groups – In order to get ripped, you have to burn body fat. In order to get bigger, you have to add muscle and this has a lot to do with working the bigger muscle groups. These include the shoulders and back, your thighs, butt, and chest. Most of these gimmick machines completely neglect these areas.

3. Intensity - This is very much related to changing your workout. One way to change your workout while still doing the same exercises is to make the exercises more intense. That can be lifting more weight, messing with your tempo, or playing with rep ranges. These machines don’t really change any of these things to make any real difference.

Check this funny video out:

I can literally go on and on, but please never buy one of these hunks of crap. If you want to consistently add muscle and get ripped then you need a real plan.

Check out Vince’s course, No Nonsense Muscle Building.

It’s one of the few that I can really recommend that have more to do with building muscle and not burning fat.
