No Nonsense Muscle Building is Vince Delmonte’s training course and the best for guys looking to pack on some muscle. It’s not aimed at bodybuilding, because the muscle gain here is more functional… and many times can work better than the fabricated bodybuilding style.

Vince was like a lot of hard gainers out there. He was terribly skinny and could not put any muscle on. He more or less gave up and become a long distance runner like his father was. Eventually after a lot of study and talking with other trainers he developed a system that worked for him.

Not only did he really pack on muscle, but he even entered muscle shows and placed. Just so you know, these were not bodybuilding shows, they were more like strength shows.

After more testing of this program, Vince, wrote everything down in a step-by-step book called No Nonsense Muscle Building. It’s one of the few Internet courses that is actually worth a lot more than the cost.

His success stories are impressive, especially since I too am one of these. Even after all of my study, I still use the fundamentals of Vince’s training today.

It Works Even If You Want to Lose Weight

Even if you’re main goal is to lose weight, this course can work for you. However I would probably point you towards The Truth About Six Pack Abs. That course is more geared towards fat burning.

Non Nonsense Muscle can work if you want to burn fat because the only way to really burn fat is to build muscle. Muscle increases your metabolism which in turn burns calories like crazy.

But again, if you’re a bodybuilder this is not the program for you. This is for guys who want to pack on real muscle, add some size, and do it in a way that makes their body stronger too.

Save Tons of Time Working Out

One of the big fundamentals with Vince’s program is overtraining. This is when you workout so much that your body can’t fully recover. This leads to muscle breakdown and even depression.

Not to mention that when you workout everyday on a typical split routine, you don’t give your muscles the opportunity for full growth.

So his workout program is one that has you working out mainly about three times a week saving you hours in the gym and still allowing you to pack on muscle. Like I said, I followed the three a day and put on over 20 pounds in a few months.

His program is a 52 week (1 year) plan… I actually only used his program for about 5 months because it worked so well. I then began to learn more myself and started testing more.

Forget About The Supplements

So many guys are attracted to supplements because of the crazy promises for huge size or getting ripped quickly. The problem is they are all crap… well most of them that is.

Vince shows you that all the supplement companies own the muscle mags that sell this crap. But more importantly Vince outlines a diet that helps to build muscle along with the few supplements that actually work.

Just so you know, you are going to have to eat more food to put the size you want on, but you will learn how manageable it is to follow.

Workout Programs

Finally you get full workout programs and plan to follow. This is what you’re really paying for because Vince’s programs produce results. Like I mentioned above, it’s a 52 week program, but I don’t think you have to go that full time with it until you change things up.

If you just stick to the plan he lays out for you, you will add muscle on guaranteed. Out of respect for Vince and the professional he is, I can’t share a program with you… but they break your body up into large muscle groups.

Bottom line….

If you want to put muscle on and impress women, maybe your girlfriend or wife… and mainly if you want to feel better about your body, get Vince’s course
