I seriously was called Stick-Boy for the vast majority of my college career. I’ve even had some of my good friends who were girls say to me…
“Curtiss, you’d be pretty hot if you just put some muscle or meat on.”
Ouch! that didn’t feel good.
What I heard was, “Curtiss, I’d make out or mess around with you, but you look scrawny and sad.”
It was pretty crazy because I tried working out but nothing really seemed to work. I never had any interest in supplements, mainly because at the time I couldn’t afford them.
I remember when I started to get serious about weight lifting and putting some size one, I hit the weight machine pretty hard. I started to get stronger and see some results.
However, when I benched for the first time, my stabilizer muscles were so weak, my elbows were having a seizure. It was embarrassing because I couldn’t put up 120lbs.
But I Found The Solution…
Needless to say, I did figure it out. I started when I finally sought out some help. I found Vince Delmonte’s program No Nonsense Muscle Building. It resonated with me because I too was really thin and a hard gainer.
